Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Cancellation form

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

Return

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier if the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

By purchasing a digital product, you receive a simple, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes.

Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has started.
